Bruce Erikson joined Lane Company in January of 1996 as a project manager for the Renovation Department. As a project manager, Bruce’s responsibilities included physical needs assessment, cost estimating and budget development, scope development, project scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and construction management. He has over 25 years of experience in multi family and commercial renovation projects as well as new construction, including extensive experience with federal procurement. Although Bruce started as a Project Manager, he later became the Director of Construction, and is now Vice President of Construction. Bruce has directly managed over 200-million in renovation and capital improvement projects. Prior to joining Lane Company, Bruce was the Director of Quality Control for a luxury apartment builder. There he managed the quality control process for all interior and exterior construction for over 1300 apartment units in the Atlanta area.
As Vice President of Construction, Bruce is responsible for the general oversight of all projects and Project Managers as well as the construction process and quality control. In addition to a variety of professional achievements, Bruce served four years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer in the 82nd Airborne and was awarded two Good Conduct Medals for is service. He received his undergraduate diploma in Commercial Refrigeration Engineering from Gwinnett University in 1993.
