In late 2011, Allen brought the Principals of CF Real Estate Services together with The Carpenter House to form the CF Cares, Inc. a non-profit organization, whose goal is to revitalize inner city neighborhoods through home ownership. As President of CF Cares, Allen leverages his past NFL relationships and works with other third parties to develop affordable housing programs and partnerships.
Allen previously served as Vice President of Project Development for Latin America for Masada. In his executive capacity, Allen worked directly with W2E Resources, S.A. (Masada's Dominican Republic affiliate), Tidores (Masada's Ecuadorian partner) and Coberal (Masada's South American joint-venture partner) to develop waste-to-ethanol projects in the Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile Argentina, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador.
Allen played professional football in the NFL for 12 years, and during his career he established several team and league records. He received many honors including but not limited to: 2005 Pro Bowl team and 2005 NFL Father of the Year. Allen has attended and completed the Wharton School of Business Transitioning with Success Initiative Program and the Kellogg School of Management's Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programs. Allen graduated in 3 1/2 years from the University of Notre Dame in 1998 with a dual degree in Business Administration and Computer Applications. While attending Notre Dame, he received the Image Award for Athlete of the Year given to individuals who excel in both academics and sports.
